My parents got here on Friday (although I didn't see them until Saturday morning...don't ask, it wasn't my fault) and left yesterday (Sunday). We had a great time! They stayed in a hotel in the north of Paris with room for three, so I stayed with there with them most of them time and went sightseeing with them some, but I still had to go to class =(
Saturday we went to Disneyland! It was really fun, although it rained a bit, we waited almost an hour and a half for the stupid train when we should have just walked for 5 minutes across the park, some things were closed by the time we wanted to do them, anyway... The first thing we went to was the Haunted Mansion (called Phantom Manor in Paris). It is fairly different from the ones in the US. The outside of the buidling is very different and there's a much more clearly defined story in the Paris version than in the American ones. Then we went to lunch and saw some other stuff....I can't really remember everything ha ha, but here's a variety of pictures from Disneyland...enjoy!
Haunted Mansion
Ha ha cute...
Where we ate lunch
Super cool!
They have an amazing Alice in Wonderland Labyrinth!
I haven't written about this on my blog yet, but I guess I should...I'm dating a French guy (named Joe) that I met here, and he is absolutely amazing! My parents got to meet him this past week, so that was fun. Anyway that's enough of that, but I just thought I should mention him on my blog because a lot of what I do (and write about) involves him (and he's pretty cool too ha ha).
Throughout the week my parents did some sightseeing on their own and I joined them for some stuff. One thing we did that I hadn't done yet was climbing up to the top of Sacre Coeur (my mom waited for us below to avoid the claustrophobic stairways ha ha). It was really cool, and I got some really good pictures.
Notre Dame
Eiffel Tower, obviously. My parents went all the way to the top (I waited on the ground ha ha)
My dad loved the little book/postcard/map/souvenir stalls along the Seine
So many pictures.....
Sacre Coeur
We went to an arcade and had a bit of air hockey tournament!
So serious ha ha!
My parents left yesterday (Sunday). While they were on the long plane ride hope, I was actually back at Disneyland with my boyfriend. We got to see a lot more than we saw the last time and it was super cool! Disneyland Paris is definitely prettier than the parks in the US and has some cool stuff that we don't have. A couple more Disneyland pictures....bear with me =)
The guy next to us looks very amused...
Pirates of the Caribbean
So many flowers! Sorry for being so boring, but I've taken so many good pictures of flowers! Enjoy!
Illimited? In the card?
Steack? To your choice?
Only 3 more days of class before Spring Break! Ugh....I'm so ready!

I was thrilled to see your photos from your parents' visit. Since your mom teaches kindergarten, she has to be a child at heart; a woman after my own heart. Disneyland ...of course. But I loved the flower photos and seeing your parents have such a wonderful time. How good for them to meet your boyfriend too. :)
